Mahalo Customer for allowing us into your home to discuss your project. The Items 1 - 4 listed below will occur within 1- 3 days after our first meeting. You will be notified of our progress and updated via email.
We will setup your electronic estimate file.
We will send request for quotes to suppliers for materials and finish items required for your project.
We will also request for proposals to subcontractors needed on your project, that may include: electrician and plumber.
We will estimate all other items.
There will be a waiting period for quotes and proposals that could take anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on how busy our vendors and subcontractors are.
Our proposal will be emailed to you once everyone has responded.
Please review and discuss any questions and changes.
Your approval will be required electronically.
After approval, we will discuss the next steps, work with you on a start date, and provide you with a project schedule.
